Moves are easy - if everyone is moving into the same exact size office with the exact same furniture and the furniture is located in the exact same spot as before..
Easy!
For some reason, whether the office spaces are exactly the same or the spaces are completely different, it still takes people the same amount of time to adjust.
Easy ? At least, it seems easy.
Moving into a new space that looks like the old space, and thinking you know where everything goes, does take a little bit of stress off the relocation.
It will still take a minimum of 6 boxes of packing and several hours to get all your stuff contained. Then, there’s the unpacking. It will take several more hours of personal installation.
Taking pictures of how your drawers are set up, helps to get items back into the exact same place. If we don’t put things back exactly as they were, our habits will cause frustration.
On a busy day, if we are looking for that one item … that was always in that one specific spot and it's not there!
Was it re located during the move?. Probably….
It will drive you bonkers!!

Will this move be same ole, same ole? … if so take pictures.
If you are going to reorganize your workspace, plan it!.
